Salon 1201 is ready to give you the best experience by specializing in dramatic cuts, unique colors, luscious hair extensions , beautiful lash extensions , and so much more! Our goal is to make our clients glow from inside out! 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us and reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to respect our stylists time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 25% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. No shows or same-day cancellations will also be a 25% fee of the scheduled service. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result to adjusting or rescheduling your appointment as well as a a cancellation fee being applied. If there is a an urgent emergency that results you to have to reschedule or cancel your appointment last min, please reach out to us privately; for we will respect that. This policy allows our stylist to notify clients who are on a waitlist and ensures that we can continue to provide the best service for all clients.
